Privacy

The free planner works without an account and does not ask for names, email addresses, health details, or cause of death. Planner choices remain in the current browser session. Sensitive free text, photos, health information, and child identity data must not be sent to analytics services.

Email is separate from the planner. If an adult chooses to email us, the message and return address are handled by our email provider so that we can review and reply to the request. Please send only the minimum information needed.

Editorial policy and corrections

Guides are written for adults, use clearly identified public sources, and show an update date. Age ranges are educational starting points rather than diagnoses. We keep family beliefs separate from physical facts.

To report a possible material error or source problem, email the page URL, the statement in question, and a relevant public source when available. We review corrections against the cited evidence and update the page and its review date when a material correction is warranted.

Educational boundary

All material is general educational support for adults. It is not veterinary, medical, mental-health, legal, or emergency advice. Adults remain responsible for supervising children and contacting an appropriate licensed professional when needed.

Include only enough information for us to locate the relevant message. We review requests and reply when reasonably possible, but we do not promise a specific response time. This inbox is not monitored for emergencies.

This contact channel is for adults. Do not email a child's name, exact age, contact details, photo, voice recording, health information, a pet's cause of death, a full family story, a full letter, or other sensitive free text. Describe a correction without identifying a child whenever possible.
